Yoga in Hong Kong has evolved from a novel hobby for mostly well-off expats, to a way of life for many local HK’ers. Originated in India, yoga is a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual practices as we know it. When performed regularly, yoga is capable of providing relief from the numerous issues we come across in our day to day life. And in such a stress-filled city like Hong Kong, Yoga can do wonders for your mental health.
