Rhythms of Manipur is an award-winning folk percussion band from east of India and are coming very soon to perform in Hong Kong. Lead by renowned musician Ms. Laxirani Devi, this 26 year old band brings together an exciting blend of Indian traditional folk and fusion music. They create an almost magical ambience of rhythm, beat and resonance with their percussion instrument ensemble – consisting of sitars, violins, bamboo flutes, clarinet, table, cymbals, conch, pung and drums.
