The meal began with a Cucumber and Garlic Salad served chill. It was accompanied by the very tasty Wild Mushroom, Water Chestnut Dumplings – soft on the outside and crunchy on the inside. In the main course, the Steamed Eggplant, Preserved Vegetables stood out thanks to its distinctive flavour. It strikes the right balance with the spices making it flavourful, yet not spicy.
