MAYTA: Peruvian Kitchen & Pisco Bar opens in Hong Kong

By on April 20, 2013

Dining Concepts introduces MAYTA, Hong Kong’s second Peruvian restaurant. A perfect semi fine dining option in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong.  Mayta captures the multicultural spirit of Peru, blending the Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and native influences that embodies Peru’s vibrant cuisine. The flavours are at once familiar, adventurous and unexpected.

Mayta’s menu is crafted by Chef Jaime Pesaque, one of Peru’s top chef bringing an exciting selection of traditional Peruvian cuisine and some really delectable cocktails.

The Mayta experience revolves around a Ceviche Bar, offering fresh seafood, a selection of Anticuchos (skewers), Appetizers, Entrees which includes some tasty vegetarian options. The highlights of the meal is the exotic Dessert selection along with the Pisco Bar. If you do go end up trying out some of the cocktails, don’t forget to try out the Pisco Sour & the Mojito Chilcano – some of the best cocktails I have had after a very long time.

MAYTA is your perfect option for an intimate dinner, a simple drink and dine session with your family and friends or taking the client out.
