To celebrate it’s 50th Anniversary, Mandarin Oriental Hotel is hosting a number of celebrity and michelin-starred chefs throughout the year. From 3 – 9 June 2013, Italian Burkhard Bacher promises to give diners at Cafe Causette a taste of his flavours that have made him a household name at the Michelin-starred restaurant, Kleine Flanne, in Sterzing, Italy.
Along with the main menu, a special set menu would be on offer for dinner featuring some of Bacher’s most popular delicacies like Shrimp Carpaccio with Venere rice cake, mixed herbs and mustard vinaigrette, Braised Octopus and Green Chilli in red wine oregano sauce. Thanks to Bacher, we can now taste the gourmets that the Romans would, right here in Hong Kong!
When: 3rd – 9th June 2013; specialised set-menu available for dinner only
Prices: HK$488 for 2-course set dinner and HK$588 for 3-course set dinner + 10% service charge
