Between 24th and 27th December, Jashan will be offering a Christmas Set Dinner Menu with Broccoli CheeseTikki and Tandoori Turkey or Salt and Pepper Chicken Tikka for starters. A Cream of Mushroom or Roasted Pumpkin Almonds Soup and Salad along with 2 main courses to choose from (1 vegetarian and 1 meat-based).
The choices in meat will be Punjabi Butter Chicken, Lamb Shank Nizami, and Grilled Halibut.
The veggie-lovers can pick from Spinach with Cottage Cheese or Dal E Jashan. All dishes will be served with a choice of Saffron Pulao or Garlic and Olive Naan. This one is a pioneering epicurean outlet offering you a lavish, feast like Christmas Dinner both for the vegetarians and the meat lovers. At the price of HK$300 per person Feather & Bone offers Turkish bread, marinated olives, fava & eggplant dip, roasted Brussels sprouts with ‘nduja butter, creamy mash, and a roast turkey served with cranberry sauce, fig and cinnamon stuffing, finished off with a bread & butter pudding. For HK$500 per person, there are a few extra features of fig, guanciale and spinach salad, house-made rich pork sausage with lentils and soft polenta, and Eccles cake with Stilton, plus a glass of home-made mulled wine.
Coming on to the vegetarian menu, the dinner priced at HK$300 per person will consist of Turkish bread, marinated olives, fava and eggplant dip, burrata with orange and grapefruit, spinach and walnut praline, roasted Brussels sprouts with chilli butter, creamy mash, a mixed leaf salad, plus a pumpkin, caramelized onion and ricotta tart, and bread & butter pudding. Priced at HK$500 per person there are add-ons of truffle mac and cheese and honey-glazed carrots with lentils and pomegranate, plus the Eccles cake for dessert, and a glass of mulled wine.
