Hey there! We from HKYantoYan.com are here to introduce you to Draft Land. One of Taipei’s “Best New Bars 2018” as recognized by Drinks Magazine, has now soft opened in Central, Hong Kong to serve seasonal pre-batch-only and garnish-free cocktails on tap.
Hong Kong in the past few years has really upped it’s cocktail game, and some may say the cocktail market is even saturated. With competition comes innovation. And seeking to re-define the cocktail experience, Draft Land Hong Kong is offering carefully engineered draft cocktails starting from HK$90 per serving.
The “Must Try” Cocktails
With more than 40 different cocktail flavours starting from HK$70, Draft Land looks to impress the cocktail-loving crowd of HK. And on our list of the “Must Try” Cocktails is the Rum Stout – served in a Nick & Nora glass with dark rum, black tea, pandan and Porter beer. And then Silver Fizz which is an infusion of gin, dill and citrus but yet so yum (drooling). For teetotalers, the Hibiscus Fizz from the spirit-free options looks appealing.
The “Delicious Fuss-Free” Bites
The food at Draft Land includes a variety of flavourful street food-style snacks. Not to worry, they also have vegetarian-friendly options like the finger licking, masala spiced Parmesan Tornado Fries. Meat lovers, you all should totally try the Char-Siu Pork Neck precisely tossed in “typhoon shelter” garlic, chilli and pea shoots.
