Café 103 at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong brings to you A Taste of India from 4th March – 17th March as the theme of  their dinner buffet.

Looking out to savour some traditional and authentic Indian Food?

“There are a lot of rich and bold flavors in Indian cuisine with the use of different spices and herbs. The skill lies in managing the spices and layered flavors well. Our Indian chef originated from North India bringing his wealth of gastronomic techniques in crafting these authentic Indian specialties  The flavors of his masterpieces will wake your palate amid the humid Springtime.” said Peter Find, Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, HongKong.

The buffet will be serving the iconic Indian specialties including Rogan Josh, Tandoori Lamb Kebab, Chicken Tikka, Tandoori Garoupa and Bhindi Masala. Along with home-made Garlic Naan, Roti and Samosa.  For those craving for something sweet should not miss the  well-known Indian desserts  Gulab Jamun, Carrot Halwa and Rasmalai.

The Indian buffet indulgence is available at Café 103 from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm nightly, priced at HK$518+10% per person.
